Preventing MeetMe Users from Hearing Eachother

I would like to setup a MeetMe conference that will call users and bridge them into the conference, but allow them to only hear me while I can hear them all. Any ideas?

Just to be more clear:

I want about 20 people to connect to a conference.
I can hear them all.
They can all hear me.
They cannot hear eachother.

Doable?
