I have an all polycom setup and am using Sountpoint IP 550’s and 650’s with Asterisk.
The phones are provisioned via HTTP and are utilizing a global directory config with contacts and buddy watch tags (1).
The buddies all show up on the phones; however, when a phone changes their status (‘MyStat’) to anything other than online, none of the other phones show the changed state, they just stay as online.
Anyone have any clue how to get this feature working?
