Hi We have Asterisk Buinsess edition - it has support from Aspect but this hasnt been very helpful. I am trying to load a new IP4000 from polycom and it is stuck at “Checking Application”. Do i need to have a different config file in the tftp root directory then the one for the IP301’s?
