Not sure if this is an asterisk issue or a polycom issue: I am needing to setup an IP550 that will register (example extensions) extensions: 2000, 2001, 2002 on the first, third and fourth buttons. I have attempted to add all the registration information needed to have the phone register each extension, yet it doesn’t register 2001 or 2002. does anyone have any suggestions??
in your phone specific cfg file for the phone make sure the “reg” section has reg.1.lineKeys=“2”. Then reg.3 and reg.4 set the linekeys to 1
