Please help me troubleshoot this problem

Dear Asterisk community,

Iam new to asterisk. I recently installed pbx in a flash. Everyhting works great accept one phone out of 10 Grandstream GXP2124.

This one phone seem to go unavailable every couple minutes. When it goes unavailable people are able to call it and leave a voice mail but nothing shows up on the phone during a call. It does not ring.UPDATE now when I call that phone i get a person with that extansion is unavailable message.

I have enabled sip debug bellow is the report… hopely Iam providing you with proper information

The phone hasn’t responded to OPTIONS, not even negatively. There is either a bug in the phone, or the network is somehow losing the request or response. OPTIONS is only sent if you have the quaify option enabled.
