I’m attempting to use both PlayTones() and SendDTMF() to send sounds to callers coming in via a SIP trunk from iCall (the carrier). The only thing the callers hear though is silence. However, dialing the same extension internally, using eyeBeam (softphone), PlayTones/SendDTMF both work fine. Any suggestions?
The SIP accounts for both the trunk and the softphone have “dtmfmode=rfc2833”. Changing it to “inband” doesn’t make a difference. Both accounts are also using ulaw.
