Play streaming audio with mpg123 in extensions.conf

I am using asterisk 1.4.9.

I have a streaming audio website.

If I play in shell command, I could hear using speaker.

if I play in asterisk using mp3player, I hear nothing.

Could we create a shell script and execute mpg123 directly using system in extensions.conf?
