I have a small call center runing in the office but i have the problem with operators that talk with clients too much.
I want a way to make a ping or beep beep minute after minute or after 2 or 3 minutes of talking to remider the operator that his call is over extended.
I don’t want to hang the call i just want to beeping in his ears as a reminder but i don’t know how is the name of that technique.
someone can help me with a name to search in google or an example please?
