PJSIP not getting AMI event for not registered

I am migrating to PJSIP - seems to be working - however I have a linphone extension - it is NOT registering at the moment - I dont seem to be getting the event over AMI for Not Registered.

What setting do I need so I get AMI events for this device - Like the ContactStatus events ?

If it lost its registration there would be a ‘DeviceStateChange’.
