Phone/Fax

I have a line that is used both for fax and voice. After migrating to asterisk I’m finding a device that the phone company installed called ‘the stick’ is causing a lot of ghost calls especially after the user sends the fax. Is there a way I can connect this directly to asterisk and it will be able to tell the difference between fax/voice

do you still want to use this device ? or do you want Asterisk to receive your faxes too ? what card are you using to talk POTS ?
