Outgoing problem with Asterisk

Dear Team

We have some UK DID numbers which is terminated to COLO.
On that UK DID we are able to receive the incoming call but we are not able to dial from that extension to neither UK nor USA.

We are getting error Cause 3

Who is your pri supplied by ?

442030515773 in most cases will not be considered a valid destination.

00442030515773 would be, also have you got the pri setup correctly what does the conf look like
