Ougoing SIP:DelayedRetry

Hello,

I am using asterisk-1.4.11.
I see that some calls files are stuck in the asterisk outgoing folder. They have many DelayedRetry rows they are added by asterisk every 15 mins.
When I manually delete these rows the call is sent.
I didn’t found any information about DelayedRetry . I don’t need any retry for my calls.
Is something wrong with the following call file:
