ODBC Support and 1.4.0

I am trying to compile on CentOS 4.3 with current updates.

I used make menuselect to try to select the ODBC drivers but ODBC is not available.

I know this depends on unixodbc and I have downloaded, compiled, and installed the latest 2.2.12 of that software.

What else am I missing to allow asterisk to give me that selection in the menu?

Looks like libtools was not installed. would have been nice to know that since unixodbc does not require it, but at least it works.
