ODBC Connector won't compile with Asterisk 11.3.0

I’ve already had Asterisk 10.1.3 running for over a year on my Mac Server.

In attempting to “upgrade” to 11.3.0, ODBC is not available in menuselect and Asterisk won’t install ODBC Connector support for MySQL.

I can go back to menuselect for 10.1.3 and res_odbc is available.

I have confirmed all aspects of ODBC Connector, driver(s), MySQL, etc., it’s all there and it all works.

Has anyone else come across this issue when upgrading to 11.3.0 ??

Did you install the perquisites for res_osbc ?
Depends on: generic_odbc(E), ltdl(E)

sudo yum install unixODBC unixODBC-devel libtool-ltdl libtool-ltdl-devel mysql-connector-odbc
