Noise issue with Sangoma A108DE

Hi,

I am having issue with sangoma A108DE. I tried installing the card on two servers i.e Server-1 and Server-2. The details of servers are:-

Server-1:-
Model = HP Proliant DL385 G5 server
OS= Centos 5.2
Asterisk Version = asterisk-1.4.18
Libpri version =libpri-1.4.9
Zaptel Version = zaptel-1.4.12.1
Wanpipe version= wanpipe-3.5.4

Server-2:-
Model = HP Proliant DL380 G6 server
OS= Centos 5.2
Asterisk Version = asterisk-1.4.18
Libpri version = libpri-1.4.9
Zaptel Version = zaptel-1.4.12.1
Wanpipe version= wanpipe-3.5.4

On Server-1 the card works fine but on Server-2 there is only noise in incoming call. Asterisk cli shows that files are playing but the caller only hears loud noise. We are using PRI’s from local telco.

I have tried every thing. I upgraded the firmware to the latest, tried by disabling hardware echo cancellation. I am stuch here. I have also contacted sangoma techdesk but yet they are unable to get me out of this issue.
If someone can help me out , i will be thankful.

Adan,

I had a similar problem, check that the ulaw / or alaw setting is the same on both setups.

Richard,

As we are using ISDN PRI’s. So by default it allows alaw. The configurations are same on both servers.
