No Sound with XP1000

I have a strange issue and bear with me I am very new to Asterisk. I’m trying to test to see if this product would deal with our expanding telecommuter needs.

For my test I have setup a zap channel with a clone XP100 card. The card went in nice and I can make one call or recive one call after a server reboot. After that no sound when either calling in out. If i put the call on hold I can hear the on-hold music and if someone calls in when the softphone(xten) is off the get VM and can leave a message. I disabled USB on the system as I’m not using any USB to ensure no IRQ conflict.

The system is 2.4Ghz Celeron D with 512MB RAM running Asterisk@home version 1.5

Other Audio issues I have I can’s setup the digital recpetionist when I dial *77 i don’t hear anything and nothing on *99 playback. I can sometimes get the time and other times nothing. I can use conferance and call my own extnension and always get VM via *97

I can’t determine if this is softphone or Asterisk issue. Here is the full log of a outbound local call with no sound.

The other thing I noticed if I barg to zap channel 1 I can hear the sound as I talk into the phone I called.

Log from one call:

If you’re serious about this stuff, don’t use the X100P. The TDM400P is probably what you need.
