Need to register a VOIP Trunk which is working on SIP TCP Using Asterisk 13

Please find the below details where i am able to register the details using softphone using SIP TCP but in asterisk 13 i am not able to register using the sip.conf file

Where is your registration string?

What do you think username does (not your actual problem)?

type=friend is unnecessarily insecure, as is insecure=port.

chan_sip is no longer supported.

Asterisk 13 is no longer supported.

My registeration string is
register =>VHMGoXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX:Password@host:5060

And it got registered only while registering the trunk i am facing the issue can you help me out
