MWI not working after moving voice mail storage to database

Hello,
I am unable to receive MWI on sip clients after moving my vm storage to mysql database.I am using asterisk realtime architecture

Does the pollmailboxes voicemail.conf option have any affect for what you’re experiencing?

I already tried that.Still does not works.Any help will be highly appreciated,
