Messages showing up in mailbox late

A message was left at 7am and the user did not see the message in her mailbox until 10am. Any ideas on the delay. This isn’t the first complaint I received like this so i don’t think she’s just making it up(but you never know).

Look at your mail transfer agent logs. Also look at the Date and Received headers in the email.

But as you say this isnt the first complaint then you will already have done this ! Havent you ? or did you just ignore the previous complaints.

Get then to copy the message over to you so you can look at the headers.
