Message/ast_msg_queue

Hello,

We’ve implmeneted SIP messaging for softphones that support it, it works really well, however, after the first message is sent, the asterisk 16.7 servers maintain a channel called:

This psuedo channel never goes away unless we restart Asterisk.

Is this anything I need to worry about in production?

That channel is what handles messages, it is fine for it to exist.
