Memory Allocation Failure

One of our Asterisk servers in Mexico had Asterisk suddenly stop, and the error message in the full log was:

I realize this is little to go on, but does this point us to any known issues? I’ve assumed it could be a hardware problem, but it has not recurred. Any input is appreaciated.

What does “free” and “ps -aux |grep asterisk” say?

I think there are more memory leaks in the code but i get no answer on my post.
