Maybe a BUG Asterisk

Hi guys ,

We have PIAF, when a queue call is parked/transferred, the original agent remains “busy” to the queue, and cannot take any queue calls until that “parked/transferred” call ends. If I dial direct the Agent extension will rings and he can talk but the queue will never ring them anymore.

Is this a bug ? Will 1.6 asterisk work ok… ?

Support for 1.6.2 ended at the same time as 1.4.
