The server has total 14 E1’s configured. All the CIC’s and Signaling Links are up in both cards. Calls are delivering if the box is connected with single card but links getting down as soon as call placed in card 2.
Both cards are tested in separate servers and calls are delivering. The problem occurs only when it connecting to a single box.
Configuration details:
Card Type : AFT A108 8 port
Signalling Type : ss7
Signaling Link : 16th time slot in port 1 card 1 and port 1 card 2
Asterisk Version : 1.6.2
Libss7 version : 1.0.2
port 1 clock : NORMAL ( tried MASTER,
port 9 clock : NORMAL

port 10 and 14 are not used but cic’s are assigned for future use.

Tried these params as guided by Sangoma chat support, (wanpipe1.conf)

Please advice us how to fix this issue. Do we need to use any timing cable to sync the card clocking or is the card has inbuilt ident wheel to control the order of cards?
