# key disconnecting calls in error

When calling the agent login system, entering the extension followed by the # key is disconnecting the calls.
User: type = peer, dtmfmode = rfc2833, dtmf mode rfc2833 is also set on the phone configuration.

As soon as the # key is pressed:
