Issue with t1 /te110p

I keep getting the error
when I started the box I got “calling start up (flags is 4099)”

on the cli I see,
Jan 15 15:16:20 NOTICE[2855]: chan_zap.c:8194 pri_dchannel: PRI got event: HDLC Abort (6) on Primary D-channel of span 1
what is this telling me?

My t1 per the phone company is a partial t1
the teclo has a cisco router that splits the t1 into a t1 and data
my asterisk box is connected to the cisco router with a cross over cable, I only get a redlight on the card with a normal cable

the telco told me that I channels 0-4 are voice, and 24 is the d channel
