Issue with Conference Feature on Cisco IP Phone with SIP Firmware and Asterisk

Hi community!

I’m experiencing an issue with Asterisk and my Cisco IP Phone with SIP firmware.

Here’s the scenario:
1. I have an active call with Participant A.
2. When I press the Conference button on the phone, Participant A is put on hold.
3. Then, when I’m connected to Participant B and press the Conference softkey, the following happens: Participant A remains on hold instead of being brought into the conference.

I wanna mention that the Asterisk patch is already installed. There’s any error message or anything similar on the display!

Additionally, I’ve noticed the same behavior when I select the Park option via the softkey: Nothing happens, even though the buttons are selectable and not grayed out.

Has anyone experienced something similar or found a solution to this issue? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Which phone and firmware? According to your past posts it seems you have one running 3PCC firmware and one running Enterprise firmware. (I’m assuming this is the Enterprise firmware one and you are running it with the usecallmanager patch and chan_sip? That’s what you meant by Asterisk patch already installed?)

Exactly, I have an Enterprise and a 3PCC. But my issue is related to the Enterprise firmware and chan_sip driver.

Another problem: Some softkeys don’t work. If I press Parkon an active call, this happens:
