Request register failed from ‘'sip:000012345@abcd.co.in” for 192.12.13.13 (callerid:7619119c————)-failed to authenticate.
Wherever some users are able to call seamlessly.but most of new user which account recently created showing this error.pls find attachment

You haven’t described your setup or provided configuration. That would be needed, along with an actual SIP trace and console output instead of a picture.
