We have VOIP Server and we are using VOIP internally.
We already used xlite as softphone. We faced background issue.
Now we tried to configure gizmo softphone.
We are able to configure and use (both in local and remote) sometimes.
In some of the machines(connected in the LAN) it is not able to registered the gizmo softphone. The call textbox in the gizmo for the primary account itself in disabled
It is working fine in other systems(both for gizmo primary account and any sip secondary account).
But when we configured xlite this issue is not coming(local and remote)
Would you please help me to find the reason for this issue?
Is the issue related to VOIP server(we are configured Asterisk)
