Issue in making calls through asterisks and kamailio

Hi all,

i am running kamailio 4.0.X on one system and and asterisk 11.3 on another system both the systems are pingable i want to route calls through asterisk and use asterisk as a media server.
i am unable to reach the asterisk server i have changed all the configuration for the routing still its unable to make calls.
i have used this link to configure.
