Issue : CDR data to MYSQL DB through ODBC

Hello,

we are having asterisk-1.6.0.28 installed successfully.

I want to configure cdr through odbc.

Following is my configuration.

/etc/odbc.ini
[MySQL-asterisk]
Description = MySQL ODBC Driver Testing
Driver = MySQL
Socket = /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
Server = 127.0.0.1
User = root
Password = password
Database = asterisk
Option = 3
Port = 3306
tracefile = /root/mysql.trace

/etc/odbcinst.ini
[MySQL]
Description = ODBC for MySQL
Driver = /usr/lib/libmyodbc.so
Setup = /usr/lib/libodbcmyS.so
FileUsage = 1
UsageCount = 2

/etc/asterisk/cdr_odbc.conf
[global]
dsn=MySQL-asterisk
username=root
password=password
loguniqueid=yes ;; Required to use the userfield
dispositionstring=yes ;; Required to use disposition like ANSWERED and FAILED
table=cdr ;; “cdr” is default table name
usegmtime=no ;; set to “yes” to log in GMT

My cdr is not logging in to mysql db.

Please guide me.

Why dont you use cdr_adaptive_odbc ? try this method . you can find good documents by googling .

1.6.0.x hasn’t been receiving normal updates for over a year and all security updates ceased two months ago. Your article implies you have a new installation. Do you really want to use an unsupported version?

Sorry, those dates are for 1.6.2.x. Support for 1.6.0.x probably ended a year earlier.

Upgraded asterisk to 1.6.2.22. Having the above configuration and Still have the same issue.
