Intermittent Outbound Audio

We are running a PRI from Qwest (Century Link) that has freaked out on us lately. We switched to a managed network on their end with adtran routers and since we have had a few incidents where the customers calling us could not hear us. A router reset usually fixed the issue. Yesterday the issue happened again and we have yet to find the reason.

Speaking with the Qwest tech they are blaming it on our end saying we are not sending the audio. We have a Sangoma A101-sh card with freshly updated drivers (didn’t fix the issue). We are still on Asterisk 1.4.22. Interoffice calling is still working even over two trunks to some remote locations. I have changed the cable from the router to our box and still nothing. I am at a loss as to my next step. Please help!!!
