To what database are you referring to? Asterisk doesn’t store “incoming routes” in a database by default.
so maybe its a thing from Elastix them, they save the incoming routes to a MYSQL database called asterisk
Yes, if you are using a distribution then they likely store things their own way and then configure Asterisk.
