Insert Inbound Routes direct to the database, what do I need to run after insert it to apply them?

Hi, Im inserting the incoming routes dinamically direct to the database, but it seems that it does not get applied…

What do I need to run after insert it into the incoming table, so they make effect?

To what database are you referring to? Asterisk doesn’t store “incoming routes” in a database by default.

so maybe its a thing from Elastix them, they save the incoming routes to a MYSQL database called asterisk

Yes, if you are using a distribution then they likely store things their own way and then configure Asterisk.
