Hi everyone,
I have configured extensions and IVR on elastix. Now we have an PRI line terminated at modem. And the output of modem is connected to digium card in elastix server.
They also provided us the DID numbers for calling. I have configured that DID number in our incoming route. As firstly i just want to check my incoming in elastix server and just redirected it to my IVR. So, if we dialed it from outside then it will directly connected to our IVR… but when i dialed our DID number from outside then it will show us …number busy…
Please tell me if i am wrong anywhere. As for only incoming calls i have to set only DID’s on incoming route??
