I’ve been struggling for a week trying to make InPhonex work on Asterisk. I’ve got the inbound working but outbound is just not happening for me.
Could anybody share their config files for InPhonex?

is a start, but you said you already have incoming working,
so you would have to add an outgoing context and include your startions on it, something like
[out-going]
exten => _NXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/whateveryournameis)
you can add more X’s to make long distance calls, also you should check out

and read about dialplans
