Indication for Call Waiting

Hi,

i would like to develop a function that displays an information at the callers display, that the called party is busy/actual calling. Call Waiting is activated and working fine with my snom-phone. I am using Asterisk 1.4.

The easiest soulution would be, to shut off “Call Waiting”, but we use this function. But the users should know, when the called party is busy/calling.

Hi

I assume that you have too many users to use the BLF and hint.

but you could use devstate to notify you that its in use with a tone for example or even via xml if the snom supports it
