Incoming rule fail to reditect call from trunk to a user

Hello,

when i call my VOIP provider, connected via a trunk and an incomming rule redirected to a user i get this message :

NOTICE[4158]: chan_sip.c:17933 handle_request_invite: Call from ‘’ to extension ‘s’ rejected because extension not found.

I use Asterisk/1.6.1-rc1 and Asterisk GUI-version : SVN-branch-2.0-r4507
same problem with asterisk-1.6.0.5

and sometime it works, but never more than 2 times.

outgoing call are ok, inter user calls are ok, voicemnu are ok

Can someone help me?

everything was configured with the GUI from samples configs

no manual modification in conf files was done
