Incoming calls will not hung up

when we use an IAX client (Zoiper) on my PC. Everything works well, except if the incoming call hangs up before it’s answered, the IAX client keeps ringing indefinitely.

I am using webgui 2.0 to configure asterisk.

Any help appreciated.
