Hanging on SIP softphone does not end call on IAX softphone

Hi all,

I am connecting to my asterisk box with two softphones : Zoiper IAX and Xlite SIP.

When I am able to reach the SIP phone from the IAX one but when I hang up in Xlite my asterisk CLI tells me that the call has been hanged up but my IAX phone seems to stay in call until I hang it up manually. I don’t have this problem when making calls between SIP phones. Am I missing something in my IAX config ?

Hi

Does it do this if you call from SIP to IAX as well as IAX to SIP ?

you could do a IAX debug and see if its just zoiper ignoring it.
