Incoming calls issue

Hello,

I’m having some issues with incoming calls on my call center.

the problem occurs randomly. and when it happens calls stop being received by my call center. clients report that when they call the number rings but no one answers.

so far the only thing that i have seen on the asterisk log is the following warning, this is a log from a call that was made by my administrator and no one answered:

but the thing is that i have been monitoring the asterisk server using a ssh terminal with the verbose on. and when the warning comes up i quickly call the number from my cellphone and i don’t get the error.

where else should i be looking for this issue?

That is a large log file produced by some third party dialplan. However, the only warning in is consistent with calling to an unregistered dynamic device.

Are you ever able to reproduce the error from your cell phone?

Also what is the output of “sip show peers” during such an outage?
