Incoming audio stream gets clipped / dropped when you speak

Hi,
I have (*) + PRI with TE122P + Echo canceller.
It seems that Incoming audio stream gets clipped / dropped when you speak.
I’m not able to find a solution for that. Anyone had similar problem?
