Inbound FXO Trunk with SLA feature

Dear all,

First of all, I setup a Ring Group 2001, members [ext. 201,202,203], LINEAR ring mode.
When I use ext. 204 call 2001, ext. 201, 202 and 203 ring one by one (LINEAR) which works very fine.

But when I setup inbound FXO (PSTN) trunk with SLA feature, I set DID (Direct Inward Dialing) to Ring Group 2001.
So I expect when this PSTN line is being called, ext. 201, 202 and 203 ring one by one. (LINEAR)
Unfortunately, ext. 201, 202 and 203 ring all at the same time. (RING ALL)

Any idea?
Any comment is appreciated very much
Thank you

Will

Show us your dialplan and call logs.
I have a feeling that you are using FreePBX or some other GUI to achieve this and in that case better you discuss this on their forum.

These are not terms used by Asterisk… I’d suggest you ask on the forum for the software that imposes these abstractions on top of Asterisk, possibly https://community.freepbx.org/
