I started using 1.2.9.1 to transcode from iLBC to ulaw. It sounded ok but I noticed a big amount of jitter being introduced by asterisk. I was told there was an internal jitter buffer in TRUNK (developers branch).
On switching over to this, I got horrible results. Sounds like packets are coming in totally out of order (although they aren’t…just sounds like record skipping quickly).
Any known problems with this code doing transcoding?
