Ignoring the call, but still dial-plan executing

Hi All,

I am creating a call to my magic jack using call file. But when I am ignoring the call, the dial-plan is executing in Asterisk. It is not hanging up. The dial-plan should be executed only if I pick the call. But its not happening when I am ignoring the call. In Asterisk cli also it is showing Channel SIP/XXXXX was answered. I am using Asterisk 1.6.

Please suggest what to do ?

Hi All,

I need your help to solve the above issue. When I am disconnecting the call without receiving it, I am getting the HANGUP CAUSE as 16 and dial plan is executing in asterisk. I am understanding why its happening.
