I can't open Freepbx from webUI

I installed FreePBX on Hyper-V, but whenever I restart the physical computer, FreePBX no longer opens from the WebUI, and its IP address cannot be pinged from the physical computer either. What could be the main solution for this issue? Because of this problem, I have reinstalled FreePBX several times from scratch.

This is multiposted at I can't open FreePBX from WebUI - FreePBX Community Forums where it is more appropriate, although it really sounds like a question for a Hyper-V forum.

I think it’s unlikely anyone here is going to know much about this situation.

You might get some help from the FreePBX people at
https://community.freepbx.org/ but this sounds to me far more like you need to
ask people who know about HyperV. I have no familiarity with that, so I can’t
suggest where to ask, but I think it can’t be hard to find out.

Basically, this is not a question about Asterisk.

Best wishes,

Antony.
