Looking here it is difficult to say for sure. They appear to be H.323 phones, so this would work with Asterisk. You are best off asking 3Com, or your provider, if the phones are SIP 2.0 or H.323 compliant, and if so they should theoretically work.

Or, just give it a try if you already have the phones and let us know.
