I can´t answer incoming call

Hi all,
I have an asterisk and i have to connect with Dialogic card by using R2MFC protocol, bue when i make a call from Dialogic asterisk don´t answer call and shows this log.

were you able to solve this problem? I can help to fix it, I consider my self an expert on Dialogic, although I havent used dialogic-asterisk, but I am sure I can help to work it out
