PSTN provider identity (if used)?
IP network details if using VoIP?
Channel driver configuration files?
Asterisk full, verbose, log?
Channel driver protocol log?
For VoIP, “rtp set debug on” output.
For VoIP the usual cause is failing to provide the correct public media address.
