Forum Back Online - Request to community members for reports of lingering issues - Using The Forums - FreePBX Community Forums says one should report on that thread if one is having problems after the FreePBX forum outage, but my problem is that I can’t login, and I can’t get a reset link against my email, or login by link using my user name. (I’ve tried both david55 and david551, the latter being one I had to use after a previous lockout, but which was, I think, eventually linked to the original account.)
Does anyone know how to solve the Catch 22 problem here, and report a failure to login, when the mechanism for such reports requires one to be able to log in?

It may be intended as a Sales contact mechanism, but explaining the above
Catch-22 should encourage them to bring the problem to the attention of the
appropriate techie people, I expect.

If you were ploughing a field, which would you rather use - two strong oxen or
1024 chickens?
Looking into it, definitely have you on the list @david551 - question, were you using Atlassian Crowd login or the new FreePBX forum “standard” of user/pass ?
Lost was probably not the best choice of words - misplace would be better - either way, we found them. The issue now is that we’ve got password reset emails going to old email addresses. Please do check spam folders thoroughly for those emails, and, check old email accounts as well.
That email address may be “dead”. Used a mail forwarding service that has since gone belly up. I can DM the exact address I may have used. Any work arounds for that?
Plus I think I used the “older” login method. Something about signing into FreePBX or so. It was always tricky logging into the the FreePBX community.
