How to find out what version of Asterisk our device is running?

We have a Grandstream UCM6102 device that is running Asterisk. However, I can not locate any information about the version. How do I find out what version of Asterisk our device is running?

use the command core show version,

I just inherited responsibility for this system and I do not know anything about Asterisk. It is loaded on a grandstream UCM6102 device and I do not see any way to run commands.UCM6102-Menu

I would recommend contacting the vendor for support then.

In particular, that user interface is not part of Asterisk.

What @johnkiniston said. Grandstream’s PBX is a commercial product and is not supported by the Asterisk project.

As an FYI, Grandstream is required by the GPL to release all open source software distributed in their commercial product. If you own the Grandstream PBX, you can request all open source software from them.
