How to announce to callers about his/her call queue status

Dear All,

incoming calls being placed in the queue, how to announce to callers about
his/her call queue status (ie. you are in no. 8 of our call queue … and it’s counting down reflect
to the real-time the call in queue status, ie. you are in no. 7, 6 … etc)

could anybody please help?

In general, look at onfigs/xxxxx.conf.sample to find the documentation for a particular module.
